Each building at Point Hope has a story to tell. The Hub, our information center on the Village Green and the first stop for visitors, is a perfect example. The objective was to create a bright and welcoming space for visitors with lots of natural light to help highlight the beauty and landscape of the surrounding community.

Charleston offers the ultimate location for a classic July 4th celebration. Stay cool on the beach or out on the water by day, grill up a backyard feast in the early evening, and then head out to experience one of the spectacular fireworks shows throughout the region.

A new destination for living, shopping and dining is emerging at Point Hope! The Goddard is designed as an upscale environment that draws inspiration from traditional Lowcountry architecture translated for contemporary apartment living within our community.

Residents at Point Hope already enjoy a diverse offering of shops, restaurants and conveniences right here in the community, but much more is on the way!

Rooftops are rising in Hopewell, Point Hope’s second neighborhood featuring coastal contemporary homes from David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers. More than a 20 properties within the first section of this neighborhood are at varying stages of development and interest for the remaining sites in this offering remains high. 

Despite the fact that we don’t get much winter weather here in the Lowcountry, January and February a less popular time of year for special events. Nevertheless, there are still plenty of options for getting out and about in Charleston to enjoy special activities and events.

With new homes now well underway in Hopewell, our second neighborhood, the builders at Point Hope are expanding their home plan offerings. Four new plans from David Weekley Homes and a new layout from Toll Brothers are the latest additions to our collection coastal contemporary designs from our three builders.

While Charleston is world-famous for its history, local beaches and coastal towns, the region’s local spots for camping and hiking are lesser known. The Francis Marion National Forest Ranger District, which abuts the northern boundary of Point Hope, is right in our backyard!
