Introducing Todd Haskett, POA Community Manager

We are excited to offer a warm welcome to Todd Haskett, the new Property Owners’ Association Community Manager for Point Hope. With an extensive background in community management, Todd brings a wealth of experience to our growing community. 

Todd spent many years managing various aspects of the POA for Celebration, an award-winning master-planned community in Florida, before moving to Charleston to take the lead on the POA management at Carnes Crossroads in Summerville. 

In his role as Community Manager of the Point Hope POA, Todd will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the community’s common areas, including parks, trails, amenities and landscaping. He will also serve on the Design and Use Review Board and help enforce the design guidelines that have been established to help maintain the character and vision of Point Hope with both our residents and the builders.

Todd is excited about the opportunity to apply the knowledge he’s gained from working at other high-end neighborhoods here at Point Hope as it evolves into one of Charleston’s newest and most desirable communities.
