Point Hope’s business community is growing! Our shopping, dining and retail village, Point Hope Commons, is already home to a new Publix grocery store and mix of businesses including nail and hair salons, a spirits store, dry cleaner and Jersey Mike’s Subs. And in recent weeks, we’re excited that both Point Hope Dental Care and Famulari’s Pizzeria opened their storefronts, adding to the conveniences and services of this neighborhood shopping center.

COMING SOON:

• Construction on Newbrook PointHope, a luxury apartment complex, will be complete soon with leasing expected to begin later this month. You can already follow them on Instagram, if you like!

• A new ReFuel gas station and convenience store will soon start construction on Point Hope Parkway.

• A soon-to-be named veterinary practice also has plans to open in the near future, bringing its health and wellness services to Point Hope’s four-legged residents, too!
