Celebrating New Beginnings & Community

We’re not even a month into the new year and already, we have some exciting news to share! Our first Point Hope residents have officially moved into their beautiful new David Weekley home in our inaugural neighborhood, First Light. This first neighborhood is coming to life as nearly sixty homes are under construction, families are beginning to move in, and the park and playground are open and becoming a favorite spot for kids of all ages.

In other community news, all three of our builders’ model homes will soon be open once Toll Brothers completes construction in the coming weeks. The second phase of widening Clements Ferry Road is underway, which will add two new lanes and improve the quality of life and safety for everyone in the area. And we will soon have exciting news about some new businesses joining our growing community.
