New Home Plans Available at Point Hope!

With a new neighborhood and new homes now well underway in Hopewell, the builders at Point Hope are expanding their home plan offerings.

David Weekley Homes is offering four new plans, two of which are excellent options for those seeking smaller layouts. The Kellicreek II (from 1,650 sq. ft.) is a one-story plan, and the Higgins (from 2,033 sq. ft.) features an owners’ suite on the first floor with a guest retreat upstairs. 

Weekly’s Hillmont (from 2,372 sq. ft.) and Jenkins (from 2,593 sq. ft.) plans are two-story, four-bedroom layouts with options for additional bedrooms and bathrooms for those who need space for expanding families. 

The Rowan (from 2,947 sq. ft.) is a new plan from Toll Brothers that features an option for a double porch, extending the opportunities for outdoor living within our Lowcountry neighborhoods.
