The First Homes In Hopewell Are Nearing Completion
Rooftops are rising in Hopewell, Point Hope’s second neighborhood featuring coastal contemporary homes from David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers. More than a 20 properties within the first section of this neighborhood are at varying stages of development and interest for the remaining sites in this offering remains high.
Hopewell is anchored by the Sanders House, a farmhouse that was built on the property in mid-1800s. The building is being stabilized and repurposed for use as a home for the Property Owners’ Association, and the surrounding property will serve as a landscaped setting for resident use that includes opportunities for raised bed gardening and fruit harvesting.
Residents at Hopewell will also enjoy close proximity to Point Hope’s first Dog Park, now under construction and scheduled to be open by summer.
It’s anticipated that the first residents will move into Hopewell this spring. If you’d like to learn about how you can make your home in this neighborhood, contact our Community Specialists today!
