Take Flight at the Hub

The Hub is open and ready to welcome you to Point Hope!

Our doors officially opened in August 2020 and since then, we’ve been welcoming and sharing our community vision and story with visitors from all over. It’s been exciting to see such a strong interest in Point Hope!

The Hub is open seven days a week, Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sundays from Noon – 5:00 pm. Our team of Community Specialists, including Erin Dudley (Information Center Manager), Jordyn Herwig and Michael Blond are extremely knowledgeable in all things Point Hope. They are available both at the Hub or via virtual appointments to share more about the history of the land and vision for the future, and introduce you to our builders’ available homes and home plans.

GETTING HERE:

Point Hope and the Hub are still so new that Google hasn’t had a chance to map us just yet! So for now, please follow these directions to come see us:

From I-526
Take Exit 23B for Clements Ferry Road (North).
Travel 7.5 miles to Point Hope.
Turn right on Point Hope Parkway.

From Mount Pleasant
From Highway 17, take Highway 41 (North).
Travel 8.5 miles to Point Hope.
Turn left onto Point Hope Parkway.

Go through the roundabout and continue straight onto Point Hope Parkway.
The Hub is located on the right side of the road. Turn right into the parking lot.
