New Shopping, Dining & Conveniences at Point Hope

Point Hope Commons, the first shopping and dining area at Point Hope, is 100% leased, and a variety of businesses and conveniences are now open and serving residents and visitors. Anchored by a Publix grocery store, this area is also home to a dry cleaner, liquor store and medical offices, including a convenient new location for Roper St. Francis. The dining options here include Jersey Mike’s Subs, Famulari’s (an Italian restaurant), and the newest addition, Coach’s Canteen, which is serving up classics like burgers, fries and soft-serve ice cream, in addition to breakfast sandwiches and other favorites.  
Earlier this year a new Refuel gas station and market opened at the entrance to our community at the intersection of Point Hope Parkway and Clements Ferry Road, providing residents, students and visitors with a convenient location for filling up their gas tank, getting a car wash, picking up essentials or enjoying a casual meal.

Meanwhile, work has begun on the Village Green sites located next to our information center, The Hub. Coastal Kitchen, a restaurant that will serve breakfast all day, is beginning to take shape directly next door to The Hub. Construction is about to begin on a separate building with space for restaurant and retail tenants. And a new office for Coastal Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics will soon emerge. Collectively, the four buildings here will serve as a backdrop for the Village Green, which will continue to be a venue for live music events, Food Truck Fridays and other community gatherings.
