World-Class Healthcare Coming to Point Hope

There’s exciting news for Point Hope and our surrounding communities! The Medical University of South Carolina has officially broken ground on the future MUSC Health Clements Ferry Pavilion, a state-of-the-art medical facility that will bring high-quality healthcare closer to home. Located within Point Hope, this four-story, 80,000 square-foot medical office building will provide a diverse range of essential healthcare services, from primary care and pediatrics to advanced imaging, cardiology, orthopedics and more. With 30 to 35 physicians onsite at any given time, residents will have convenient access to all kinds of expert care right here within Point Hope.

This investment in local healthcare aligns with MUSC Health’s mission to empower healthier communities by ensuring access to top-tier medical services. For Point Hope residents, this means greater peace of mind knowing that all kinds of care – from routine check ups, imaging services and physical therapy to more complex medical needs – is just around the corner. 

As Point Hope grows, the demand for accessible healthcare will only increase. This facility is expected to serve a rapidly expanding population, ensuring that Point Hope and its neighbors have the medical services they need for years to come.
