Introducing Our Second Neighborhood!

Point Hope’s second neighborhood is here! Anchored by the historic Sanders House, a future dog park, large ponds and abundant natural and garden-like areas, this brand new addition to Point Hope will feature homes by David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers. The first phase of properties will be offered by the builders in the coming weeks.

As Hopewell grows, Point Hope’s network of trails will grow alongside this new neighborhood, winding past open wooded areas and along quiet residential streets towards the Village Green, Point Hope, First Light Park, our community’s schools and beyond. Once the Sanders House is restored, the property will become home to the Point Hope POA, and will enjoy a landscaped park-like setting for all residents to enjoy.
